Manaslu Circuit Trek

Have breakfast and then you have the whole day to explore the best Kathmandu Sightseeing spots with your guide. You can visit and explore one of the most famous Shiva temples, Pashupatinath, recognized as the monkey temple; Swyambhunath, the largest Stupa in the world, also called Boudhanath Stupa; and finally the Royal Palace, Kathmandu Durbar Square. The next day, you will begin your trek on the Annapurna Circuit, so you have to check your equipment to make sure that you are ready for your adventure and climb. Have dinner and stay overnight in the same hotel at Kathmandu.

From Kathmandu, we drive west towards Pokhara, following the zigzag road over the valley and alongside the Trisuli and Budi Gandaki River. we will have fun with clear views of the Ganesh Himal and Shringi Himal as we cross through many villages before reaching sotikhola.

Today first hiking of trek, we follow a road track and continue ups and downs through the forest as we continue to head upstream along the Budi Gandaki. We descend to the wide, sandy riverbed for lunch then continue along a winding mountain path overlooking the river. After crossing many suspension bridges, we stop in the small village of Khorlabesi.

The Buri Gandaki gorge is narrow with sheer cliffs on either side and the morning’s trail begins by following a cliff path along the east bank before passing hot springs at Tatopani and then crossing the Dodan Khola. Today we enter inside the Manaslu Conservation area and we camp in a Rocky Valley above Budi Gandaki.

Today will be a long day, we will walk on a rugged trail. the trails follow alongside scenic views of natural waterfalls and rustic villages. Continuing walk on narrow gorges also has a chance to meet mules on the very narrow trail. The trail takes us through pine forest scattered with rhododendron:

We start by ascending to Deng village and then descend to cross a suspension bridge. There are riverside moving smoothly up and down and mani walls and chortens can be seen, signs of the clearly Tibetan territory into which we are entering Kanu Gate. The trail keeps Rana village, Bih, ghap village. On the way, we can view Shringi and Ganesh Himal and continue along the northern bank of the Budi Gandaki until we reach the Ghap village for lunch. Then, we continue up through the dense pine forest and reach Namrung.

We descend to cross a small stream and continue through small Tibetan villages towards Li gaon shyo and lho village. Today, It is likely that we will meet our first yak and there are also common monkeys who often come down drink water in the river. behind us, we have stunning views of Ganesh and Baudha Himal range and Kutang Himal stands high border between Nepal and Tibet on our right side. From the lho village, we can views Mt. Manaslu very near. Continue climbing on pine forest we reach to shyala and sama village, and we walk along grassy slopes a which finally gives way to the cultivated fields of Sama village. The trail takes us out of the grasslands and into the wider territory as we skirt around some glacial moraine then descend to the riverbed. The view of Manaslu is superb today.

Today has been set aside for acclimatization. There is an optional walk up the ridge below Manaslu to base camp (4500m), approximately 1500ft, in snow, to gain spectacular views of Manaslu, glaciers, and lakes. Overnight: Wilderness camp

Today, we walk the grasslands trails and into the wilder territory. Also, we trail takes around some glacial moraine then descends to the river bank to cross a beautiful wooden bridge. We can observe Excellent views of the Manaslu, himchuli pang pechs peak. We soon reach the samdo a Tibetan village, a wild place with a substantial village of some 200 permanent residents.

After a couple of stream crossings with Suspension Bridge, the Larkya Glacier appears on the opposite. We steadily climb on grassland, walk around the Sarka Khola reach Dharamsala now there is a lodge

Early morning, after a short ascent, we will reach on the north side of the Larkya Glaciers from where we can enjoy great views of Cho Danda and Larkya Peak. It takes us approximately 4- 5 hours to reach the larkya pass. we walk across moraines glacier From the pass, there are outstanding views of Himlung Himal (7126m), Chap Himal, Gyaji Kang, Kang Guru (6981m), and Annapurna II (7937m). The descent from the pass is very steep across ice and as we follow the glacier. Progress is slow and careful but eventually, we enter the valley of the Burdin Khola and continue to Bimtang.

The trail now basically follows the Marsyangdi downstream, before entering a pristine forest of pine and rhododendron which during the spring months puts on a brilliant display of color. Keep your camera handy today as the views of the Himlung and Manaslu Himal are again spectacular.

Today we pass through a few small villages where we meet the road goes to the Annapurna circuit which is inside the Annapurna conservation area. Tonight we will camp in the bank of Marsyangdi river with a view of the Natural waterfall at Tal.
Overnight: Wilderness camp

Today after breakfast we will directly drive from Bhulbhule to Kathmandu.

We will drive you back to Tribhuvan International Airport for your scheduled flight to your destination.
