DAY 1: ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our local team warmly welcomes you at the airport. You will then be escorted to the hotel, where you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. The itinerary includes a briefing about the trek's progress and presentation, followed by leisure time. If you arrive in the morning, you'll have the entire day at your disposal. This can be used for rest or for those interested, to explore the surroundings freely. It's an ideal chance to deeply experience Nepalese culture and indulge in the local culinary delights.

DAY 2:FLIGHT KATHMANDU — LUKLA — PHAKDING
Either a morning transfer to Kathmandu airport or very early departure (around 4 am) for Ramechhap airport and breakfast organized on your arrival before your flight to Lukla. This visual flight, which can only be done in good weather conditions, offers a magnificent panorama of the Himalayas. On arrival in Lukla, the organization of the loads with the porters and the Sherpas then the start of the trek.
Note:
- the stop at Monjo allows you to respect the essential acclimatization level between 2850 and 3440 meters, in order to carry out your trek in the best possible conditions.
- Depending on the congestion at Kathmandu airport, the Nepalese Civil Aviation Authority (CAAN) may decide to operate all flights to Lukla either from Kathmandu airport or from Ramechhap airport.
- If the flight is canceled for weather reasons, it will be postponed to the next day. You will spend an additional day at the hotel in Kathmandu or Ramechhap.

DAY 3: TREKKING FROM PHAKDING – NAMCHE BAZAR (3440M)
We travel up the Dudh Khola River, with the magnificent Himalayan pines lining our route. Several bridges make us change banks according to the meanders of the river. Steep climb to the capital of Khumbu (Sherpa country). On the way, we admire the Thamserku and from time to time we see Everest. In Namche Bazaar, visit the village, very picturesque. You can walk the alleys of this village built in an amphitheater.

DAY 4:HIKE NAMCHE – KHUMJUNG- NAMCHE
We climb in a small forest and admire for the first time the high peaks of Khumbu (Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam), we arrive in the villages of Kunde and Khumjung. It may be possible to visit the “Hillary High School” and the Kunde hospital built on Hillary's initiative.

DAY 5: TREKKING FROM NAMCHE BAZAR — THAME (3820M)
We leave Namche Bazar towards the west to enter a narrow valley where we meet some yaks and their Sherpa shepherds coming down from the mountain pastures. In Thame, we visit the monastery perched above the village. Magnificent view of the Thamserku (6,608 m).

DAY 6: TREKKING FORM THAME – MARULUNG – LANGDEN (4,4)00M
Gradual climb to Langden, we may come across caravans of yaks with Tibetans coming down from Nangpa la in Tibet to sell or exchange Chinese products at Namche Bazaar.

DAY 7: TREKKING FROM ANGDEN — RENJO PASS (5,365 M) — GOKYO (4750M)
We climb the Renjo Pass first on a regular path, we pass in front of splendid turquoise blue lakes then the climb is accentuated before the grand finale! Prayer flags and choughs greet us. We enjoy one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful, view of the trip! From Cho-Oyu to Makalu via Everest and Lhotse to name only the 8,000!

DAY 8: TREKKING FROM GOKYO — GOKYO PEAK (5,280 M) — DRAGNAG (4700M)
We make the round trip in the morning. The very easy climb to Gokyo Peak is worth the effort, as it offers a superb view of the magnificent Khumbu peaks that surround us. The south face of Cho Oyu (8,153 m) stands out, as well as Ngojumba and Gyachung Kang (7,922 m), but we also see Changtse (7,553 m), Everest, Lhotse ( 8,501 m), Pumori (7,145 m) and even Makalu (8,463 m). We dominate the Ngozumpa glacier, behind which our view is of Ama Dablam (6,812 m), Kantega (6,799 m) and Thamserku. Then we descend the valley to Dragnaga, on the left bank of the Dudh Kosi, opposite the frontal moraine of the Ngozumpa glacier.

DAY 9: TREKKING FORM DRAGNAG — CHO LA (5,420 M) — DZONGLA (4800M)
Ascent of the pass in an old glacial valley on a good path that ends in an old screen. Resplendent view of all the surrounding peaks. We descend on a glacier and move on it before descending to the mountain pastures of Dzongla.

DAY 10: TREKKING FROM DZONGLA – LOBUCHE – GORAKSHEP (5160M)
We reach Lake Tshola on the mountainside up to Lobuche mountain pasture and continue our ascent to the lodges of Gorakshep. A pure high mountain atmosphere!

DAY 11: GORAK SHEP – KALA PATTAR (5,630 M) – GORAK SHEP
The hardest and most beautiful day of the trip! The slow ascent towards the bottom of the valley, to climb Kala Pattar which constitutes one of the foothills of Pumori (7,145 m) and the most beautiful belvedere in the region - Superb view of "The Ice Fall" of the Khumbu glacier, Nuptse (7,878 m), Lhotse (8,481 m) and of course Everest (8,848 m), whose name is "Sagarmatha" for the Nepalese and "Chomolungma" for the Tibetans.

DAY 12:TREKKING FORM GORAK SHEP — EVEREST BASE CAMP (5,360 M) — LOBUCHE (4900M)
Go and return on a moraine towards the real base camp of Everest, in a chaotic high mountain atmosphere. We are at the foot of "the Ice Fall"!

DAY 13: TREKKING FROM LOBUCHE – KONGMA LA (5,535 M) – CHUKUNG (4730M)
LOBUCHE – KONGMA LA (5,535 M) – CHUKUNG
At Lobuche, we branch off towards Kongma La culminating at 5,535 m from where we have a breathtaking view of Mera Peak (5,820 m) and Chhukhung (5,833 m). We then descend to Chukung where we spend the night.

DAY 14: TREKKING FORM CHUKHUNG - ISLAND PEAK BASE CAMP (5000M)
We climb to Island Peak base camp. After Chukung, the climb is quite steep at first, before reaching the glacial valley located between the Lhotse and Imja glaciers. We thus reach the outskirts of the Imja glacier, near which is the Base Camp of the Imja Tse (Island Peak). For those who want to try the ascent, we check the equipment and its use (crampons, ice axe, rope, jumar). Those who do not attempt the ascent descend back to Chukung.

DAY 15: CLIMBING ISLAND PEAK (6,189 M) - CHUKUNG
Today is our summit day. You will conquer this majestic peak and trek to Chukung.

DAY 16: TREKKING FORM CHUKHUNG — PANGPOCHE — TENGBOCHE (3860M)
We descend towards the Imja Khola and cross Pangboche again before reaching Tengboche, dominated by its gompa, a Buddhist monastery, which is a high place in Nepal. We are at the foot of Ama Dablam.

DAY 17: TREKKING FORM CHUKHUNG — PANGPOCHE — TENGBOCHE (3860M)
We descend towards the Imja Khola and cross Pangboche again before reaching Tengboche, dominated by its gompa, a Buddhist monastery, which is a high place in Nepal. We are at the foot of Ama Dablam.

DAY 18: TREKKING FROM TENGBOCHE – NAMCHE BAZAR (3440M)
We find our outward journey and quickly lose altitude, the descent is done in the forest then the ascent on the balcony. A last look at the mountains admired during our journey.

DAY 19 : FLIGHT LUKLA – KATHMANDU
As for the outward journey, the flight from Lukla airport is directly in the direction of Kathmandu; or from Ramechhap airport with a transfer to Kathmandu. If direct flight to Kathmandu, free day in Kathmandu. If the flight to Ramechhap, transfer and arrival in Kathmandu in the early afternoon.
As the flight is subject to the vagaries of the weather, a delay in the day of rotation is possible. This is why we always plan a reserve day in Kathmandu before resuming the international
flight. Transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu and free afternoon.
NB: If the flight is postponed to the next day, you will spend an additional night at the lodge in Lukla.

DAY 20: FINAL DEPARTURE TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
