Our company policy ensures transparency and clarity in bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds. We are committed to providing fair terms and clear guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients.
1. Down Payment
To secure a place, please make a down payment of at least 30% of the total trip cost. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Total dues should be paid 30 days before departure or after you arrive in Kathmandu.
Don't hesitate to contact us if this will cause you a problem; we will try to be flexible.

3. Last-Minute Booking
We only accept last-minute bookings for Nepal excursions. Last-minute bookings for India, Bhutan, and Tibet trips are not accepted.
4. Refund
In the event of trip cancellation, 30% of the deposit is non-refundable. However, we offer the option to reschedule your trip for a later date. There is no fee associated with rescheduling for a later date.
But If you have paid the full cost for the trip and decide to cancel, We will issue a refund, with a 20% charge applied to the overall trip cost.
Note: Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
5. Single Supplement Charge
On our holiday tour/trek packages, rooms or tents are provided on a twin-sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room/tent.
6. Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey, regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances
Suppose the company cancels your trip because of unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate, etc. In that case, we will be thrilled to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard.
If this doesn't fit your interest, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses you incur due to this booking are entirely your responsibility.
8. Clients' Responsible
A tour/trek guide representing Real Sherpa Adventures Company deserves all authority during your tours.
9. Travel Insurance
You must purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.
10. Tour Amendment
Prior notice is requested to make alterations to any trek/tour itinerary. You're advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstances, for instance, bad weather, etc.
11. Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence, for example, to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We are not accountable if any trip formalities are not completed on time before the trip departs due to a lack of necessary papers and documents.
12. Flight Delay / Cancellation
In Himalayan regions, flight delays or cancellations are common due to unpredictable weather conditions, particularly in areas like the Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla. If such situations arise, your itinerary will be modified.
